Interaction flow via API

SWAT APIs allow for streamlined integration with the customer's ERP

, OMS or TMS systems. For the system to work, a few data elements have to be synchronized with SWAT system, including:

  • Vehicle models and their constrains (capacity, characteristics)
  • Geofences
  • Available fleet
  • For milk run use cases, depot, warehouse, drop off\pick up locations (if static)
Simulations vs Simulation templates

For each day or shift of operation, a new simulation

instance has to be created.

For each simulation

, a set of bookings needs to be uploaded.

Project setup​

Project setup is typically done by SWAT team, however, it could also be done by the consuming application.
